Define user access to the collection to configure who has can and can't read access
to the achievements.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_lc.learning_admin, sn_lep.achievement_manager

Create an achievement. For more information, see [Create an achievement definition](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/o0Omy4gpD_IxRWhmNktiEw "Create definitions for achievements to define the end goal.").

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllLearningAchievementsAchievement definitions.
2. Open the achievement that you want to define user access for.
3. On the Can Read related list, select Edit.
4. Add users who should have access to the achievement.
5. On the Cannot Read related list, select Edit.
6. Add users who shouldn't have access to the achievement.
   Note:
When a user is present in both Can Read and Cannot Read then Cannot Read takes precedence, and the user is restricted access to that achievement.
