With the ServiceNow® Learning Posts application, create an omni-channel learning experience for your employees empowering them with the right learning at the right time of need.
Assign learning tasks from an lifecycle event and deliver courses according to the time of need. For example, update an employee who has returned from sabbatical leave with the latest company policies and strategies.
Activation and setup
First, you must activate the Learning Posts [sn_lnp] from ServiceNow Store. Learning Posts automatically activates the Learning Core [sn_lc] application that contains the base set of tables, content, learning bases, roles, and access configuration that are used in the Learning Posts [sn_lnp] application. Request apps on the Store
Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.
