Recommend roles, skills, and missing proficiencies to the employees and get approval from managers in their flow of work using Proactive Prompts.

Make sure that the signals are configured and scheduled to deliver the prompts. Prompts are displayed in Employee Portal and Virtual Agent.

| Employee Role Selection Prompt to Managers | Signal configuration to trigger prompts for employees to associate a primary role to their employee profile. |
| Skills Update Reminder Prompt to Managers | Signal configuration to trigger prompt for managers that their employees didn't update their skills for a long time and reminding them to update those. |
| Employee Role Selection Prompt to Employees | Signal configuration to trigger prompt for employees to associate skills to the primary role in their profile. |
| Employee Skill Selection Prompt to Employees | Signal configuration to trigger prompt for employees to add appropriate skills to their profile. |
| Skill Proficiency Update Prompt to Employees | Signal configuration to trigger prompt for employees to update the proficiency for the skills in their profile. |
| Skills Update Reminder Prompt to Employees | Signal configuration to trigger prompt for employees to either add new skills or update proficiencies for the existing skills. |
