Add workplace responsibilities to indicate who (landlord or tenant) is responsible for different activities such as lawn maintenance, painting, repairing.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_la.workplace_central_user, sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesWorkplace Central.
2. Select Lease Administration.
3. Select a contract.
4. In the Workplace Contract Responsibilities related list, select New.
5. For field details in the Workplace Contract Responsibility form, see[Add workplace contract responsibilities in Core UI](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/JcVZ6GXS94xX2M8hLG6Uxw "Add workplace responsibilities to indicate who (landlord or tenant) is responsible for different activities such as lawn maintenance, painting, repairing.").
6. Select Submit.
