Manage appointments for a service from either the Customer or the Consumer Service Portal.

Customers can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments. Booking an appointment from the portal creates a work order for the selected service. Customers can also book appointments for existing work order or work order task from either
the Customer or the Consumer Service Portal.
