# Add details of the enterprise assets to an onboarding order

# Add details of the enterprise assets to an onboarding order {#ariaid-title1}

Specify the details of the enterprise assets that you want to onboard through an onboarding order.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_eam.enterprise_asset_technician

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesEnterprise Asset WorkspaceAsset operations.
2. From the Onboarding list, select Onboarding order.
3. Select the onboarding order for which you want to add asset details.
4. Select Add asset details.
5. In the Add assets dialog box, enter the asset details.  
   The Serial number field is required. You can also enter the values for the following fields:
   * Asset tag
   * RFID tag
   * MAC address
   * Additional info

6. For each asset that you want to onboard, select the Add Row icon (![Add row icon.]()) and enter the asset details.
7. Select OK.
8. Select Save.  
   The assets that you added to the onboarding order are displayed in the Onboarding Assets tab.
9. Select Submit.

## Result

* The stage of the onboarding order changes to Review.
* A Multi-asset onboarding task is created and displayed in the Onboard Asset Tasks tab.
