Set up a suspension profile that allows temporary suspension or termination of cloud accounts to support cost control or policy enforcement.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_itom_cam.cw_admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllCloud WorkspaceConfiguration.
2. Select New.
3. Enter the details in the New Configuration form.  
   To fill the form fields, see [Suspend account configuration fields](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/_dvcZsfJqSgLMe6ei1bVUQ "Suspend the account configuration form and related list field descriptions.").
4. Select Submit.
