Use the Cloud Services Catalog app with Terraform Connector support with all its features that help in provisioning and managing cloud resources across various public and private clouds.  
Key features of Terraform Connector:

* Use Terraform as a configuration provider to provision resources in the following clouds:
  * Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  * Microsoft Azure
  * Google Cloud Provider
