A table of the fields and values to establish the IP address, range of IP addresses,
or list of IP addresses for Certificate Discovery.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Name | Enter a name for your IP Discovery search. |
| Active | Select the check box. |
| Type - IP address list | Enter each IP address, separated by a comma. |
| Type - IP address range | If you select this option for Type, two fields appear: Starting IP and Ending IP. |
| Type - IP Network | The Network IP field appears. Enter the IP address of the network. For more information, see [Discovery IP address configuration](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/VTG3ViAAb~Fkcv0~y8pyjg "Use one or more of these methods in any combination to define the network or network segment for Discovery to query. You can include or exclude specific IP ranges from your query."). |
