View the anomaly alerts that the Advanced Promotion Engine promoted to events, which are then processed as alerts in the All Alerts table. Viewing alerts in the All Alerts table enables you to track the source of the alert.

## Before you begin

Role required: evt_mgmt_user

## About this task

The Event Management alert grouping feature takes the anomaly alerts that are promoted to the IT events and groups them into new IT alerts.

The Alerts table displays all of the relevant issues in the system.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllAdvanced Promotion EngineAnomaly Alerts.
2. In the Is Advanced Promoted column header, view the alerts with a value of true.
The IT alert that is created from the anomaly alert appears in the IT Alert column.
3. **Optional:** Select an alert to receive more information about the alert.
For details on the displayed additional information, see [Alerts in Service Operations Workspace](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/OSbWGF5ACpaa_Vqzw8JKoQ "The Service Operations Workspace interface displays an alerts list and details on specific alerts.").
