Launch a web application for an alert in Service Operations Workspace for ITOM

    • Launch a web application that was configured in an alert management rule to quickly access necessary tools, improving response times and efficiency.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator or evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the navigation bar, select the Express list icon: Express list icon.
    3. Select the alert number to open it.

      The alert opens in a separate tab, displaying the Overview subtab. In the right panel, the Utilities tab is selected by default.

    4. In the Utilities section, select the web application to launch the app.
