Use Now Assist to assist in resolving records. Agents can save time and improve their productivity by enabling Now Assist skills such as resolution notes generation. Agents can edit generated notes before they submit them and save them to their work order record. Resolution notes can be configured to be generated either manually or automatically.
- Record summarization

Use Now Assist to summarize activity and record information for a specific record. After the information is generated, you can edit and add the information into your work notes. Record summarization includes Now Assist skills such as task summarization and incident summarization.

Record summarization is only available with select BU plugins and is currently available with Now Assist for Field Service Management (FSM).
This example shows a work order where Now Assist generated the closure notes about a printer replacement. Agents can edit or delete generated notes before submitting the resolution notes. For more information, see Now Assist.
