Now Assist in the Virtual Agent mobile client
Use Now Assist in Native Mobile Virtual Agent to deliver more direct, relevant, and conversational responses to questions using generative AI. Virtual Agent also enables you to provide feedback on AI-generated responses.
Now Assist in Virtual Agent uses large language models (LLM)s and generative AI to improve deflection rates and make it easier for users to find relevant information. To learn more about what Now Assist in Virtual Agent can do, see .
Now Assist in Virtual Agent can currently be configured as a chat widget experience. The chat widget enables you to access Now Assist from the Now Assist icon on your home page. Tapping on the icon opens a chat window that can be used to converse with a virtual agent.
To give feedback on the answers provided by Now Assist, you can long press on a generated response to copy the message text or to mark the response as either helpful or unhelpful.
