  • Log in to the ServiceNow Store and purchase an application that lists a non-ServiceNow provider.

    Before you begin

    You must be logged in to the ServiceNow Store with your Now Support account credentials.

    Role required: none

    Procedure

    1. Log in to the ServiceNow Store using your Now Support credentials.
    2. Find and select the application in the ServiceNow Store to navigate to the listing details.
    3. Initiate purchase based on the option displayed on the listing details page.
      If an application requires additional approval from the provider, the listing details page displays a Request purchase option. If the application doesn't require any additional approval, the listing details page displays Contact seller instead.

      Request purchase Select Request purchase to send a request to the provider. Approval is granted at the provider's discretion.
      Contact seller
      1. Select Contact seller.
      2. In the Reason for contacting section of the pop-up window, select Purchases.
      3. In the Message to the seller field, enter your message.
      4. Select Send to submit the message to the application provider.
      You receive an email informing you whether the provider approves the purchase.
    4. When you receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been approved, follow any additional instructions in the email to complete the purchase.
    5. Optional: If the application displays the "App Terms Not Accepted" state indicator in the Application Manager, accept the custom terms and conditions from the ServiceNow Store.

      1. From the application listing details in the ServiceNow Store, select Accept Terms.
      2. Download and review the custom terms and conditions.
      3. Select the option to agree to the terms and conditions.
      4. Select Accept.

    Result

    The application is available for installation from the Application Manager within 24 hours of license confirmation. For more information about using the Application Manager, see Application Manager.

    Confirmation emails for the application and any dependencies that were procured are sent to the email address associated with your ServiceNow Store account.

    If the application isn't available to install from the Application Manager within the expected amount of time, try the following actions.
