Delete a notification channel

  • Delete a notification channel so that you no longer receive notifications through the channel.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to User menu > Preferences > Notifications.
    2. In the Notification Channels section, select the channel row or the right arrow (>) next to the channel name.
    3. On the Edit Channel form, select Delete.

    Result

    The system deletes the channel from the list of notification channels and no longer delivers notifications to that channel.
