Edit a delivery channel
Edit an email, instant message, SMS, or voice channel for receiving notifications, and schedule when the channel can receive notifications.

Procedure
- From the user profile, navigate to and then select Advanced Preferences.
- Select Delivery Channels.
- Expand the delivery channel that you want to edit.

Select the more actions icon
for the channel and select Edit.
- Make the changes to the channel name, email address, or schedule.
- Select Save.
