Entitle a product from your ServiceNow instance

    Before you begin

    Purchase the product on ServiceNow Store and opt in from your ServiceNow instance.
    Note:

    Legacy Application Manager is being prepared for deprecation. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.

    A known issue affects the use of bookmarks to access the Legacy Application Manager.     A new Application Manager experience is available. The new experience simplifies the process of managing your licensed applications by consolidating them in one convenient location, displaying all applications, plugins, installed applications, and available updates. For more information, see Application Manager.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
    2. From the filter options, select the Product not entitled indicator.
      All the purchased unentitled products are displayed.
    3. Select the menu icon ( Menu icon ) on the product tile, and select Entitle this instance.
      Entitle a product.
    4. In the Application entitlement dialog box, select OK.

    Result

    Product entitlement is provided to your ServiceNow instance.

    Install the product if it’s compatible with the version of your ServiceNow instance.
