Opt out of the ServiceNow Store products

  • Opt out of the required product available on ServiceNow Store by navigating to the ServiceNow Products module.

    Note:

    A known issue affects the use of bookmarks to access the Legacy Application Manager.     A new Application Manager experience is available. The new experience simplifies the process of managing your licensed applications by consolidating them in one convenient location, displaying all applications, plugins, installed applications, and available updates. For more information, see Application Manager.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > ServiceNow Products.
      ServiceNow products that are available on ServiceNow Store are displayed. The products are organized based on the product family they are part of.
    2. To opt out of the ServiceNow products:
      1. Click the required product tile.
      2. Click Opt-out.
      3. Enter your Now Support credentials.
      4. Click Opt-out.
