Review an app

  • Use your Now Support credentials to log in to the ServiceNow Store and leave a review on any app or integration you have used.

    Before you begin

    • The app you’re reviewing must be installed on your instance.
    • You must be logged in to the ServiceNow Store with your Now Support credentials.

    About this task

    You can review an app after your organization buys or trials it. App reviews provide valuable feedback about what you like and what possible updates you want to see in the future.

    Reviews left on an application only show up in the environment where the review was made. For example, reviews made from the commercial ServiceNow Store are only visible on the commercial ServiceNow Store. Reviews made from a regulated regional or federal instance of the ServiceNow Store are only visible to users in the same instance of the ServiceNow Store.

    Note:
    Your company is visible in any reviews that you leave while logged in to the ServiceNow Store unless your organization uses an isolated federal or regional instance. If your company uses an isolated federal or regional instance, "Verified ServiceNow Customer" is displayed instead.

    Procedure

    1. Log in to the ServiceNow Store using your Now Support credentials.
    2. Find and select the app that you want to review on the ServiceNow Store.
    3. From the app details navigation panel, select Ratings and Reviews.
    4. Select Write a Review.
    5. Select a number of stars out of five.
    6. Enter your comments in the review field.
    7. Select Post.

    Result

    For commercial customers, your company, review, and rating are visible in a review posted to the app listing details. For customers using a federal or regulated ServiceNow Store instance, only the rating and review fields are made visible.
