  • Reviewing apps, products, and integrations on the ServiceNow Store lets providers know what's working well and what future updates customers want to see.

    Overview of reviewing apps

    You can leave a review on any ServiceNow Store solution that you have used. Either log in to the ServiceNow Store with your Now Support credentials to leave a review or submit a guest review.

    You can view published reviews by selecting Ratings and Reviews from the app details navigation panel.

    Reviews left on an application only show up in the environment where the review was made. For example, reviews made from the commercial ServiceNow Store are only visible on the commercial ServiceNow Store. Reviews made from a regulated regional or federal instance of the ServiceNow Store are only visible to users in the same instance of the ServiceNow Store.
