Tracking your ServiceNow Store activity

  • The My Store Activity page lets you view important information related to apps and products that you have purchased, trialed, or requested.

    My Store Activity page

    You can access the My Store Activity page from your user profile menu after logging in to the ServiceNow Store. From the My Store Activity page, you can select the In Process, Store Applications, or ServiceNow Products tabs to view the following information:

    In Process
    • Pending purchases
    • Requests that are still being processed
    • Requests that have been rejected
    Store Applications
    Searchable lists that provide details about the following:
    • Apps your organization has procured
    • Payments (available to enterprise customers only)
    • Demo requests (available to enterprise customers only)

    From Payments, you can export all invoices by selecting Export as CSV. You can also view an individual invoice by selecting the transaction ID.

    From Demo Requests, you can view information about any trials you have requested, including the amount of time remaining for each trial.

    ServiceNow Products A searchable list that provides details of all products that your organization has procured.
