# View conference call details

# View conference call details {#ariaid-title1}

Conference calls are listed as system activities in the Activity section of the major security incident and also listed in the Conference calls related list. You can view details like Conference bridge name, organizer name,
date, time, duration of the call, active and inactive participants.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_msi.workspace_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesMajor Security Incident Management.
2. From the Major Security Incident list, select the major security incident that you're trying to resolve on the conference call.
3. Select the ![Conference call]() icon on the right-context menu to view the details of the conference calls.  
   This includes details like conference bridge name, organizer name, date, time, duration of the call, active and inactive participants.
4. You can use the search option to look for a particular conference call.  
   There can be several calls for the same major security incident.
5. To add participants to a conference call, select ![Meeting options]() next to the active call conference call and select the Add Participants option.
6. You can also add participants by using the Copy invite option and sharing the link with the required participants.
7. To join a conference call, navigate to the Active section and select the Join call option of the required conference call.
8. To end a conference call, select ![Meeting options]() next to the active conference call and select the End call option.
9. To restart a conference call, navigate to the Completed section and select the Reinitiate option of the required conference call.
