Allow access controls specific to a case.

The following table describes the roles and access controls.
Role	Access	Description
sn_sec_tisc.restriction_access_manager	Read access	External Users added here will get access to view the case form but will not be able to edit any field in the case or perform any action.
sn_sec_tisc.restriction_access_manager	Privileged access	External Users added here will get access to edit any field in the case form but will not be allowed to run orchestrations.
sn_sec_tisc.special_access_read_manager	Read access	External Users added here will get access to view the case form but will not be able to edit any field in the case or perform any action.
sn_sec_tisc.special_access_write_manager	Privileged access	External Users added here will get access to edit any field in the case form but will not be allowed to run orchestrations.
