Install the CMDB CI Class Models app

    Request apps on the Store

    Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.

    Procedure

    Verify successful installation of the app.
    After installing the app, make sure that the new classes were installed successfully:
    1. Navigate to Configuration and then select CI Class Manager.
    2. Select Hierarchy in the CI Class Manager to display the CI Classes list. The list contains the added classes, as described in List of classes added by the CMDB CI Class Models app.
    3. Select a class to view the corresponding class descriptions, identification rules, identifier entries, and dependent relationships if applicable.
    Warning:
    Uninstalling the CMDB CI Class Models app might compromise the integrity of the CMDB and result in unexpected behavior.
