Role required: admin

Suggested reading: [Edit an article using the Now Assist context menu](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/67Z8v0LR72Zb6NOZCuDT2A#Now-Assist-generate-article-using-context-menu "Elaborate or shorten content within a Knowledge article using the Now Assist context menu feature that enables agents to leverage the generative AI capabilities of Now Assist in Knowledge Management.").

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllKnowledgeKnowledge Center.
You can also access Knowledge Center through WorkspaceKnowledge Center.
2. In the Knowledge Actions, select Create an article.
3. Select the desired knowledge base.

5. Enter the instructions for generating content, such as <kbd class="ph userinput">Generate an article for password reset</kbd>.
Review the generated article. You can edit the content, check grammar, and make the article easy to read. You can also select Regenerate to create an article based on your prompt.
