# Lists view in Service Graph Workspace {#ariaid-title1}

The Lists view in Service Graph Workspace provides access to CIs within the CMDB hierarchy and to records in tables that aren't descendants of the Configuration Item \[cmdb_ci\] table, but are important in the CMDB
ecosystem.

## Access {#sg-workspace-lists-view__section_lqx_dk2_thc}

Navigate to WorkspacesService Graph Workspace, and then in the navigation panel, select the Lists icon.

Role required: sn_cmdb_user, sn_cmdb_editor, or sn_cmdb_admin

## Default lists {#sg-workspace-lists-view__section_lnh_3sw_b3c}

Provides lists of records from the associated list tables as specified in the Platform table UX List Menu Configuration \[sys_ux_list_menu_config\] table, in the Service Graph Workspace record. By default, the list contains related
tables that are referenced in commonly used CI classes, and tables that a CMDB Admin might need to update records in.  
Initially, the default lists are:

* CMDB Groups:
  * Source table: CMDB Groups \[cmdb_group\]
  * More information: Select a group and then on the group form, select Show all group CIs to show a list view of all the CIs in the group. * CI Identifier:

Users with the sn_cmdb_editor or sn_cmdb_admin roles, can select New to add a record to the list table.

## My lists {#sg-workspace-lists-view__section_yct_nsw_b3c}

Custom and shared lists where you can select Create new list to create a new custom list associated with the logged on user.
