# View product capabilities for a business application

# View product capabilities for a business application {#ariaid-title1}

You can view the list of product capabilities associated with business applications, in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace (EA Workspace).

## Before you begin

The Product capabilities tab is displayed only when the Model ID detail is also available for the business application.

When the Model ID field for a business application is initially empty and later populated, product capabilities are automatically linked. All product capabilities associated with that model ID appear in the Product capabilities related list.

Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesEnterprise Architecture Workspace.
2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon (![Portfolio icon]()).
3. Select the expand row icon (![Expand Row icon]()) next to Application Portfolio.
4. Select Business Applications.
5. Select the business application that you want to view the product capabilities for.
6. Select the Product capabilities tab.

## Result

A list of product capabilities associated with the business application is displayed.
