## About this task

The configuration for each step is shown on the review page. You will need to Save and activate or Save and close your assistant to be able to test

## Procedure

1. Review your assistant settings.
   Note:
Settings for ServiceNow Otto panel assistants differ from ServiceNow Otto for Virtual Agent assistants.
If a portal, messaging channel, or mobile app wasn't selected, the following alert appears at the top of the page.
   Warning:
Select at least one display experience in order to activate this assistant. You can still save the assistant and add a display experience later.
   1. Basic details show the name of the assistant and the primary and secondary assistants that are linked.
   2. Search sources show the search profile, the internal and external search sources, and any copied search configurations that have been added to the assistant.
   3. Knowledge Graphs show the schemas that have been selected for the assistant.
   4. Assets show the asset types that have been selected (topics, subflows and actions, AI agents, and custom skills).
   5. MCP servers show which users can access Model Context Protocol (MCP)-provided capabilities through the assistant.
   6. Display experience shows which portals, channels, or mobile apps are selected for your assistant.
   7. Branding shows the type of branding that you have selected.
   8. Chat experience shows your greeting, closing, and fallback options that are selected for your assistant.
