Notify users when a task plan template is shared

Notifications ensure that all relevant users, groups, service organizations, and members are promptly informed when a task plan template is shared. Notifications supports operational integrity and transparency in template governance.

Individual users, groups, service organizations, and members, receive in-app notifications when a task plan template is shared. Notifications are triggered to users, groups, and service organizations based on criteria or roles ensuring that only authorized recipients are informed about updates to template access.

Each notification specifies the template name and is sent directly to the users, groups, or service organizations involved. If the user is on the platform view, the notification redirects to the template record on Platform; if on workspace, it navigates to the template record on workspace. Notification validation ensures that only those with the correct access receive alerts, maintaining both security and relevance.

Owners and admins have the ability to manage access, update ownership.

Notifications are not sent for global templates, maintaining a streamlined experience for users who interact with widely shared resources.
