Zurich	Create a Mentoring program The multiple mentoring program enables mentor admins to configure multiple programs that can run at the same time. It enables admins to restrict access based on employee criteria. The multiple mentoring program enables employees to choose and enroll in available mentoring programs, edit their preferences, search for mentors, and send connection requests. To make a program visible in the Mentoring app, admins need to configure programs with the following information: Short description Long description Employee criteria

Washington DC	Create meaningful relationships within the organization and also foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Effortlessly register as either a mentee or a mentor and personalize your profile with relevant information, including your areas of expertise, skills, and interest. Leverage the intelligent matching algorithm offered in Mentoring that pairs mentees with mentors based on their goals, interests, and expertise. Use the Match Insights Card that serves as an important layer to send information to both mentor and mentee. Drive Mentoring engagement by utilizing discussions (conversations). Yokohama	Auto-close mentoring relationship a certain number of days after the due-date. Configure the number of days followed by a grace period to allow any final interactions before auto-closure. Store a Mentoring snapshot of all overlapping preferences at the time of the relationship acceptance by the mentor. Derive skills tagged to Mentoring Relationships based on the snapshot. As a mentee, view Match Insights with a particular Mentor to understand how well they are matched before choosing the Mentor. As a mentee, share mentoring preferences and timeline information with your manager that help in the validation of your skills. See Mentoring for more information.
