    Allocation charts reflect only active users
    The Allocation summary and Allocation history charts on the subscription details page reflect only subscriptions allocated to active users for each month following the upgrade.

    Auditing App Engine V1 usage
    The App Engine Usage dashboard has been restored. For details on auditing App Engine V1 usage, see the Auditing App Engine v1 [KB0999383] article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.
    Changes to Now Assist usage measurement
    Now Assist usage measurement is evolving. If your instances are below Yokohama Patch 12, update Subscription Management to version 6.0.2 or later on all instances to avoid mixed measurement types. For more information, see Now Assist Usage - Overview & New Measurement Logic [KB2704710].
    Hidden user-based subscription allocations
    To help prevent inaccuracy when allocations aren't complete, allocation details for user-based subscriptions are now hidden from the Subscription Management overview. Contact your account executive for user-based subscription allocation details.

    Zurich

    Assist usage excludes demo data
    Demonstration instances are excluded from the total Assist usage count to improve tracking of Assist consumption.
    Changes to Now Assist usage measurement
    Now Assist usage measurement is evolving. If your instances are below Zurich Patch 6, update Subscription Management to version 6.0.2 or later on all instances to avoid mixed measurement states. For more information, see Now Assist Usage - Overview & New Measurement Logic [KB2704710].
    Hidden user-based subscription allocations
    To help prevent inaccuracy when allocations aren't complete, allocation details for user-based subscriptions are now hidden from the Subscription Management overview. Contact your account executive for user-based subscription allocation details.

    Removed

    Between your current release family and Zurich, some Subscription Management features or functionality were removed.

    • The Subscribed Users related list has been removed from the subscription form.
    • The Subscribed Users related list and the Role Subscription Attributes related list have been removed from the role form.
    • The Manage Subscriptions related list has been removed from the group form.
    • The Custom Application Inventory module has been removed.
    • The App Engine Usage dashboard has been removed. You can access details about your App Engine custom table entitlements by viewing your App Engine subscription details. For details on auditing App Engine V1 usage, see KB0999383.
    • The Domain Compliance Overview dashboard has been removed. Subscription Management no longer supports domain separation.

    Xanadu

    • The Custom tables chart has been removed from the subscription details page.

    Yokohama
