Enable greater visibility and traceability into cases and order exceptions by capturing all the change requests for orders and order line items in a consolidated case with case lines. Manage and track the progress by creating case tasks for other team members or assign case lines to other agents. Create a sales contract from customer-approved quotes with integration with CM Pro Automate the process of creating contracts from customer-approved quotes, improve data accuracy, and streamline dispute resolution by allocating responsibilities between parties.
Yokohama	Manufacturing Commercial Operations users User roles provide the information on the users and their responsibilities. Dealer The dealer framework helps you manage the day-to-day business activities and monitor the real-time data insight. Note: Q2 release includes only the data model and not the playbook. Sales Promotion data model The sales promotion framework helps the OEM to publish the promotions and the dealers to raise the claims against these promotions after the product sales transaction is completed. Note: Q2 release includes only the data model and not the playbook. The sales promotion supports bulk import functionality. To enable bulk import, you must customize it on existing CSM or Business Location Service Portal (BLSP) portals. Install Manufacturing Commercial Operations plugin List of all the plugins that are installed with Manufacturing Commercial Operations plugin. Support multiple line items on a case to track requests on the Business Portal Capture and track requests for multiple items on the Business Portal. Case line items, case tasks, and case line tasks all appear on the case page. Enable copy of catalog items from Service Catalog to Remote Catalog in Service Exchange Eliminate duplication effort in Remote Catalog creation and maintenance, by enabling the copying of standard portal catalog items. This process eliminates the need to manually recreate Service Catalog items in the Service Exchange Remote Catalog. View products from the catalog and place orders directly through the Sales CRM self-service portal Enable B2B customers to configure products and place orders via an uptake of the Sales Customer Relationship Management self-service order placement portal.
Zurich	Quality issue management The MCO agents portal enables the manufacturers to identify, manage, and resolve product quality issues throughout the entire life cycle, from initial detection through remediation and closure. Data model The quality issue management data model facilitates the OEMs to understand the quality issue management tables and their functions. Phases and Sub-phases The MCO agents portal enables the manufacturers to create phases and sub-phases within a recall campaign and launch it for selected assets, and notify the targeted dealers. Pre-authorization request The dealer portal enables the dealer to initiate the pre-authorization request to confirm whether certain parts, labor fees, or repairs are covered under a warranty or service contract. Recall campaign The dealer portal enables the dealer to initiate reimbursement claim requests from the OEM for the work performed on the recalled products. Repair claims The dealer portal enables the dealer to raise a reimbursement claim request for the repair of an equipment or product that is under a warranty contract. Sales promotion The dealer portal enables the dealers to raise post sales promotion claims from the OEM depending on the claim case. Dealer portal The dealer portal helps the agent to manage the day-to-day business activities and monitor the real-time data insight. Plugins installed with MCO The new MCO plugin enables you to install the Manufacturing Commercial Operations and other dependent modules.
