Practical Implications for ServiceNow Customers
When upgrading to Zurich, ensure you complete the recommended pre- and post-upgrade tasks. The enhancements in resource management and demand handling improve efficiency and alignment with project timelines. Now Assist’s similarity detection helps reduce duplicate demand entries. Transitioning to EAP entities facilitates agile planning integration. Deprecated reporting features should be replaced by the new interactive dashboards for better insights. Activation steps must be followed to enable PPM features properly after upgrade.
