New Features
- Time Zone Configuration for Availability Results (Xanadu): You can now control how availability is calculated by setting a global time zone or using the service offering commitment time zone. This is managed through the
com.snc.availability.v2system property and the Availability calculations settings page. Note that these two time zone settings are mutually exclusive. - Multiple Teams Support for Service Offerings (Xanadu): The addition of a Teams related list on service offerings enables assignment of multiple support teams. This one-to-many relationship enhances visibility and management of support groups in the Digital Portfolio Management view.
- Enhanced Service Portfolio Editing and Management (Yokohama): Enhanced options allow you to manage Common Service Data Model (CSDM) lifecycle fields, remap taxonomy nodes with greater flexibility (including moving entire branches), and insert new taxonomy nodes within portfolios.
- Updated Label for Technical Services (Yokohama): The label for technical services is updated to “Technology Management Service” to align with CSDM version 5.0, improving clarity across ServiceNow applications. The label for service offerings remains unchanged.
- DORA Compliance Enhancements (Zurich): Service portfolio records now include key fields such as Managed by, Department, and Company to support Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance. You can also select multiple contracts and delete portfolios or taxonomy nodes from the Digital Portfolio Management scope.
