# Access the Applicant Center

Log in to the Applicant Center without a password and explore the portal easily.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.external_applicant or sn_ta_hiring_core.internal_applicant{#view-applicant-center__p_jbl_nfg_h1c}

## About this task

An applicant can log in to the Applicant Center without the need for a password to make the process simpler and more accessible. Applicants receiving an invitation to log in to the Applicant Center is a base system behaviour.
You can determine at which state, the email is sent to the applicant's registered email address with the magic link.{#view-applicant-center__p_kbl_nfg_h1c}

## Procedure

1. Go to your registered email address and open the email notification.
2. Select View Applicant Center.  
   The magic link takes you to the Applicant Center home page.
3. If the link expires, select Send a new invite from the pop-up window prompt.

4. In the Email field, enter your registered email address.
5. A new log in email is sent to the registered email address.
6. Select View Applicant Center to re-login to the Applicant Center.
