Index the data for conversational search.

## Before you begin

For existing contracts, verify you have run the scheduled job to copy signed contract documents into the contract repository. For more information, see [Copy contract documents to contract repository](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/0hQuQrbuONOX~V4~CKC~7A "Copy signed contract documents into the contract repository for conversational search.").

Role required: admin

## About this task

After installing Now Assist in Contract Management, index the data for getting search results.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllAI SearchAI Search IndexIndexed Sources.
2. In the Name column, search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Contract Repository</kbd>.
3. Select Contract Repository indexed source.
4. Select Index All tables.

## Result

The contract repository tables are indexed for AI Search.
