# Using the Contractor Service Center {#ariaid-title1}

A contractor can use the Contractor Service Center to access site safety tools, protocols, documentation, raise health and safety requests, and request permits safely.  
On the Contractor Service Center you can:

* Submit a safety incident to report it to the safety department for an investigation. * Submit a safety observation to report it to the safety department for an investigation. * Submit a permit-to-work request to carry out the job with significant risk. * Submit a job safety analysis (JSA) to identify potential hazards and control measures related to these hazards at your point-of-work.
