# Associate featured content to a topic

# Associate featured content to a topic {#ariaid-title1}

You can mark connected content as featured content for a topic. The featured content
appears at the top of the topic page, enabling you to easily view content that requires your
attention.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllContent TaxonomyTopics.
2. Click and open the topic to which you want to associate featured content.
3. On the Featured Content tab, click New.

4. On the form, fill in the fields.

   Note:  
   You can't add a quick link as a featured item.
5. Click Submit.
