# Create Talent pools

Create Talent pools to organize similar talent profiles in one place for particular hiring requirements.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesRecruitment workspace.
2. Create a talent pool from either the Talent pool section or the All talent section in the Talent pool tab.
   * To create a talent pool from the Talent pool section in the Talent pool tab, select Create talent pool.
   * To create a talent pool from the All talent section, select the required profiles and select Create pool.

3. On the Create New Talent pool form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Talent pool form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/T_vbxvtV3sGOr2WCiTCstw "The field descriptions provided are required to create a talent pool.").
4. Select Save.

## Result

You have created a talent pool. Collaborate with other recruiters after creating the pool or simply share the pool with people involved in the hiring process for visibility.
