# Create talent profiles

# Create talent profiles {#ariaid-title1}

Create talent profiles to add it to the talent profile repository of your organization. Use it for an optimized hiring process.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesRecruitment workspace.
2. Go to the Talent pool tab.
3. Create a talent profile either from the All talent section or from the Talent tab in a Talent pool page.

   | Selection | Action |
   | Create talent in the All talent section | A new talent profile is added within the talent repository of the organization. |
   | Create talent within a Talent pool | A new talent profile is added within the talent repository of the organization and the Talent pool that it's created within. |

4. On the Create New Candidate form, fill in the fields.

5. Select Save.

## Result

You have created a talent profile.
