The ServiceNow®
Document Template integration with Docusign application enables you to use the Docusign application for signing documents that are generated from ServiceNow
Document Templates.

* Enable multiple participants to collaboratively work on a single document.
* Choose a signing type.
* Select a signing partner.
* Sign with mobile and portal from anywhere.

Note:  
The Document Template integration with Docusign application supports the signing of HTML and PDF document templates that are generated from Document Templates.

## Activation information {#docusign-doc__section_pww_bzq_jsb}

First, activate the Document Template Integration with DocuSign \[sn_dt_docusign\] and Document Templates \[sn_doc\] applications from ServiceNow Store. Activating the Document Template integration with Docusign application automatically activates the Docusign spoke.
