Complete your document task by filling in the required details and submitting the PDF
document.

## Before you begin

* Role required: none
* This content applies only to the document templates that are created in the Document Templates application (sn_doc). Document Templates is different from HR Document Templates. For HR Document Templates, refer to [HR document templates](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/D6u7xZ1sL7K~dh5Pg5r_ug "HR Document Templates are used to create and modify reuseable HR documents.").

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSelf-serviceEmployee Center.  
   Alternatively, you can complete your document tasks by navigating to Self-ServiceMy Document Tasks.  
   Note:  
   PDF signing is also supported on Mobile Browser and NowMobile for the following signing types: ServiceNowSign, AdobeSign, and DocuSign.
2. Select the To-dos page.
3. Select the document task (filling) that is assigned to you.
4. Fill details in the editable fields.
5. Click the Please Acknowledge check box.  
   This check box is displayed only if Acknowledgement text is added on the template.
6. Add your signature by typing or drawing.
7. If you want to clear the signature and sign again, click Clear Signature.
8. To view your signature in the document, click Generate.
9. To save your changes in the document, click Save.
10. Click Submit.  
    The task is complete and appears in your Completed To Dos section. You can view and print the document with the submitted details.
