Use filter options to find relevant talent profiles quickly in the Talent pool tab.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesRecruitment workspace.
2. Go to the Talent pool tab.
3. Select the filter icon ![Filter icon]() and select Advanced view.
4. You can either filter the talent profiles by the applicant option or by user title option.
   * To filter by job applicants select Job Applicant and set the condition.
   * To filter by job title select UserTitle and set the condition.

5. Select Update to set the filter conditions.
