Use this form to create Workday learning todos.

| Domain | Name of the domain. |
| Worker | Brief description of the todo activity. |
| Employee ID | Person who the todo was assigned to previously. |
| Assigned_By | Activities completed by the admin. |
| Assigned_by_WID | Unique identification number of the integration user. |
| Assigned_Date | URL of the todo. |
| Assignment Mechanism | Date by which the todo is due. |
| Assignment_Cancellation_Date | Date on which the todo was last updated. |
| Assignment_Status | State of the todo prior to the current state. |
| Created moment | Date on which the todo is completed. |
| Assigment_Record_Completion_Moment | Time at which the todo was created. |
| Due_date | Unique identification number of the todo. |
| Last_Functionally_Updated | State of the todo. |
| Learning content | Associated learning content. |
