With activation of the Interview Management plugin, the associated tables and scheduled jobs are installed.

| Notify Recruiter and Hiring manager on alternate days | Send notifications to Recruiter and Hiring manager. |
| Remind share availability | Reminder to share scheduling preferences |
| Sync interview availability preference status | Update future slots available flag of preferences |
| Purge Interview Preference and Availability Request table data | Purge the data in the Interview Preference and Availability Request tables. |
