View log entries for a Lifecycle Events case

    • View the log entries associated with a Lifecycle Events case to acquire pertinent information about the processes that ran and to identify any errors that surface. The error logs can be used as a tool to diagnose problems and effectively troubleshoot the root cause of an issue that is adversely affecting a Lifecycle Events case.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_le.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Lifecycle Events > Lifecycle Events Cases.
    2. Select a Lifecycle Events case from the list of HR cases that appear.
    3. Under Related Links, select Show execution logs.
      The HR Lifecycle Events Case Logs [sn_hr_le_case_log] table appears.
    4. View the list of log entries to acquire the information you need about an error or a process that ran.
