Print workplace cases

    • Print case details along with associated services or service items to support effective case management and resolution.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_case.case_reader, sn_wsd_case.case_writer, sn_wsd_case.workplace_agent

    About this task

    As a case admin, you can view a case report that includes reservation details, services, and other relevant information. You can also configure the Workplace Case, Workplace Reservation, and Workplace Task document templates as required. For more information, see Configuring Document Templates.
    Note:
    Enable the Print case feature by installing the Document Templates plugin.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Case Management > Workplace Cases.
    2. Select any of the following options to view workplace cases:
      • Assigned to me: Select this option to view workplace cases assigned to you.
      • Assigned to my group: Select this option to view workplace cases assigned to your group.
      • Open: Select this option to view open workplace cases.
      • Open-unassigned: Select this option to view open but unassigned workplace cases.
      • Closed: Select this option to view closed workplace cases.
      • All: Select this option to view the workplace cases.
    3. View all the workplace cases by selecting All.
    4. View the details by selecting any workplace case.
    5. Select Print case.
      The downloaded document displays the workplace case and the associated child case details.
      Note:
      The Print case button is visible to users with the sn_wsd_case.case_reader role only.
