# View Lease Administration metrics {#ariaid-title1}

Use the Lease Administration dashboard to get insight into the number of total contracts, active contracts, draft contracts, and expiring contracts.

## Prerequisites for accessing the Lease Administration dashboard {#view-lease-admin-analytics__section_lcv_djy_pwb}

* Ensure that the Workplace Central application is installed. For more information, see [Install Workplace Central](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/uBe4YktW2VOWrh8Wl9grtg "Install the Workplace Central application from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.")
* Ensure that the Workplace Lease Administration (sn_wsd_la) application is installed. For more information, see [Activate Workplace Lease Administration](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/8xXiMbpq_z~HB9nGA2VMdQ "You can activate the Workplace Lease Administration plugin (sn_wsd_la) for Workplace Lease Administration if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.")
* Ensure that the Workplace Central and Workplace Lease Administration applications and all of their associated store applications have valid ServiceNow entitlements. ## Accessing the dashboard {#view-lease-admin-analytics__section_adk_3jy_pwb}

To access the Lease Administration dashboard, you must have the sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin role.  
* Access the dashboard using one of the following navigation paths:
  * AllWorkplace CentralWorkplace Central.
  * WorkspacesWorkplace Central

* Select the Lease Administration (![Lease administration icon]()) to open the Lease Administration home page.

## Scorecards and report {#view-lease-admin-analytics__section_z1q_vxf_qwb}

Note:  
Workplace contracts without a location value aren't included in the total count.
The following default scorecards are available on the dashboard. Select the card to see the list of records.

* All Contracts- Displays the total number of workplace contracts.
* Active Contracts - Displays the number workplace contracts in an active state.
* Draft Contracts - Displays the number of workplace contracts in the Draft state.
* Expiring in 60 days - Displays the number of workplace contracts that expire within the next 60 days.

Lease expiration by region

:   Displays the number of workplace contracts expiring in different regions.

:   Benefits:Displays a consolidated view of the number of workplace contracts expiring so you can renew them on time.
