# Adjust workplace contract in Workplace Central

# Adjust workplace contract in Workplace Central {#ariaid-title1}

Change the start date, end date, or amount to be paid for an contract in active
state.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_la.workplace_central_user, sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

## About this task

To adjust a contract, the State should be
Active.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesWorkplace Central.
2. Click Adjust.
3. Complete the form.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Start Date | Date on which the contract takes effect. |
   | End Date | Date on which the contract expires. |
   | Payment Amount | Total amount paid for the contract. If the contract has one or more rate cards, this field shows the total of all rate card base costs. |

4. Click Submit Adjustments.
