Manage and create all your workplace service requests from the WSD for Microsoft places application integrated with Microsoft Teams.

The WSD for Microsoft places application integrated with the Microsoft Teams enables you to create and manage open workplace service requests. You can manage and create workplace service requests from Equipment, Reservation services, and Site services tabs.  
As a workplace user, the application enables you to perform the following actions:

* You can view all the open requests.
* You can create service requests.
* The application displays the following workplace service topics:
  * Equipment
  * Reservation
  * Site services

* You can create an Equipment and Request furniture service requests from Equipment.
* You can create a Catering service request from Reservation services.
* You can create service requests like Badge request, Heating \& Cooling, Tech support, and Cleaning requests from Site services.
